Note 1: To disable resident notifications, you have two options:

1. Press and hold the resident notification, then click on "All Categories" to access the settings screen. From there, turn off the "Background Services" option.
2. Navigate to "Settings -> Apps -> Taiwan Weather" on your device. Select the "All Notifications" item and deactivate the "Background Service".
